Park Avenue South Offices
This VC firm had conflicting needs for their New York office renovation. They wanted a polished corporate headquarters, but they loved the raw loft space they’d found. By pairing industrial materials with sleek details, we gave them both.
Crisp new offices line the windows, while translucent walls send sunlight deep into the reception gallery. Though we exposed the bare concrete slab, we screened the mess of ducts and sprinklers with a floating metal lattice. Lastly, a wainscot of burlap wrapped Homasote mutes the echoes.
