TRIBECA LOFT

For these repeat clients, a few well-chosen changes to the layout of their new Tribeca loft made a huge impact. In place of a shabby kitchen cut off from the dining room, the new kitchen is sleek and open. The broad island in white-washed ash and soapstone draws in guests. A matching wall of tall storage screens the foyer, while also serving as a platform for the owner’s collection of archaeological sculptures.

Tucked behind a pocket door, the new laundry room is quietly serene. Whereas the new guest bathroom is all chic minimalism. For a partial renovation with a limited footprint, the transformation of the apartment is striking.
