The staff of this justice foundation had outgrown its old offices. They hired us as consultants for their new property search, then as designers for the midtown offices they chose.
The sprawling site had commanding views of Central Park and the long axis up Broadway. But its bland interior needed a dose of downtown chic. Stripping away drab finishes, we exposed concrete floors and spiral ducts.
Glass partitions ensure every work space gets daylight and city views. The large “living room” works equally well for casual meetings, receptions, or seated presentations. The look we achieved is starkly industrial but uplifted by our vibrant colors and mod furnishings.
