Flatiron Office

When this ad agency hired us for their penthouse office renovation, it was a maze of dead end corridors.  We tidied the maze into a central spine, with a run of office doors sliding along one long track.  The graduated wall heights add spatial interest while expressing the staff hierarchy.  Everything above 8’-0” we painted a flat white.  This muted the exposed pipes and beams, without losing the industrial feel of the space.  Walls of clear and etched glass provide security and privacy while also setting the borders of the reception area.
