Park Avenue South Offices

This VC firm had conflicting desires for their New York office renovation.  They needed a polished corporate headquarters, but they loved their raw loft space. Delson or Sherman gave them both — pairing industrial materials with sleek details.  Sunny offices ring the windows, while translucent walls send daylight deep into the reception gallery.  Though the architects exposed the bare concrete slab, they screened the ducts and sprinklers with a floating metal lattice.  Lastly, a wainscot of burlap wrapped Homasote quiets the echoes.
